This privacy policy explains what information elisabethwachter.com (the “Site”) collects, why it is collected and what happens to it. The Site is run by Elisabeth Wachter (“I”, “me”).

What I collect

When you send me a message through the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your first name, email address, phone number, website, what your business does, your monthly revenue range, your team size and your message.

Like every website, the Site’s server also records basic technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. This is used only to keep the Site running and secure.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.

How I use your information

I use the details you send to reply to you, to talk about whether we are a good fit to work together, and to keep a record of our conversation. I do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask me to.

Who I share it with

I never sell or rent your information. Your message reaches me by email, so it passes through the service providers that run the Site and my email: the Site is hosted by Railway, your message is delivered to my inbox by Resend, and my email is provided by Google Workspace. They handle your information only to provide their service.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is needed to protect my rights or the safety of others.

Where your information is processed

The Site’s servers and my email providers may be located in the United States or other countries. This means your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

How long I keep it

I keep your details for as long as I need them to answer you and for any work we do together. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email me at elisabeth@elisabethwachter.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

I do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing. This applies to residents of California and everywhere else.

Children

The Site is meant for business owners. It is not intended for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If I learn that I have, I will delete it.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.

Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Please read their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
